Booking & Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive a deposit or full payment as indicated in the invoice. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

A deposit of 30–50% is required at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before trip start unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods stated on the invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the following fees apply:

More than 45 days before departure: Refund minus administration fee

30–45 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable

Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

No refunds are given for unused services once the tour has started.

Changes by Client

Requests to change travel dates or itinerary must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Changes by Kili2Sere Adventure

We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, accommodation or transport due to weather, safety, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide an alternative of similar value where possible.

Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly required to have personal travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of property. Kili2Sere Adventure is not responsible for uninsured losses.

7. Medical Fitness & Risks

Clients participating in hiking, safari, or adventure activities must ensure they are medically fit. Kili2Sere Adventure is not liable for injury, illness, or death arising from risks associated with such activities.

Liability & Responsibility

Kili2Sere Adventure acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, parks, and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, losses, damages or extra costs arising from:

Natural disasters

Political unrest

Accidents or transportation issues

Government changes or strikes

Acts of third-party suppliers

Wildlife Encounters

Animal sightings cannot be guaranteed. Clients must follow guides’ instructions at all times to ensure safety.

Passports & Visas

Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other entry documents required for travel.

Use of Images

Kili2Sere Adventure may use pictures or videos taken during trips for marketing purposes unless the client requests in writing to opt out.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
